Provide a positive learning environment in which to master the course objectives.

Answer the student's questions to the best of our ability

Assist the student through leaning challenges.

If the student completes all course work as assigned, arrives for class promptly and otherwise follows directions for learning given by the instructor, Sandia Snorkel and Scuba, Inc. accepts responsibility for learning challenges. Course objectives must be met before the student is certified, but in this situation Sandia Snorkel and Scuba, Inc. will schedule any necessary training session, at mutually convenient times. See Miscellaneous Charges until
a) the student masters the course objective or
b) the student voluntarily discontinues the course. In this case, there is no refund of the course fee.
